(The Center Square) – President Donald Trump has vowed to reduce government waste and tapped tycoons Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to lead the charge.

So far, spending on federal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies have been key targets for Musk and Ramaswamy, and a recent report shows just how prevalent federal DEI spending has become.

Do No Harm’s report reveals 500 ways the Biden-Harris administration can “inject DEI into the federal government.”

These examples include federal agencies launching dozens of equity training programs, handing out federal contracts and jobs based on race and gender, and teaching Americans more about their country’s racism, both past and present.

The DEI boom began on Biden’s first day in office and after he issued another executive order in June 2021. The first executive order established that it was the government’s responsibility to “affirmatively advance equality, civil rights, racial justice, and equal opportunity. ‘Our Whole Government.”

The second order established that “it is the policy of my Administration to develop a workforce that benefits from the full diversity of the nation.”

Biden has also issued other executive orders that will have the same impact as his first year in office, including on gender and sexuality. These orders not only gave federal bureaucrats permission, but also direct orders for the general adoption of DEI policies.

And Do No Harm report It shows they are in full swing, citing 80 “Equality Action Plans” submitted by institutions and promising more than 500 taxpayer-funded actions.

Some actions are seemingly modest, such as the U.S. Social Security Administration tracking more racial data.

Other examples of DEI policies have made the federal government the nation’s teacher. For example, a blog The U.S. Treasury Department is lecturing Americans on racial inequality.

More directly, the federal government began implementing training programs for many federal employees who fully embraced the racist ideology dubbed “woke” by their opponents. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, for example, has invested in training employees to take greater consideration of equity in their regulatory decisions.

“The training will address how equity and environmental justice include removing barriers that underserved communities may face in the context of the Commission’s practices, processes and policies.” VULVA He stated it in the Equity Action Plan. “The training will also address how the Commission evaluates the impact of its actions on such communities, consistent with FERC’s mission and statutory duties. More specific training addressing the responsibilities of different program offices and subject areas can also be identified, developed and delivered.”

Other actions appear to favor some groups over others. Changing the “percentage” of benefits received necessarily requires awarding contracts, grants, or other federal resources to specific groups; This almost always comes at the expense of white Americans, and even more often white men.

For example, the American Battle Monuments Commissions called for “increasing the percentage of U.S.-based contracted goods and services awarded to businesses owned by minorities, women-owned, and service-disabled veterans” in its Equity Action Plan.

Actually, ABMC He undertook to pay a worker just for this purpose.

In another example, the Smithsonian Institution pledged to hire more Black and indigenous interns.

“One of the simplest ways to ensure equity and accessibility in internships is to provide a livable wage and clearly advertise this in promotional materials,” the federal group said in its Equity Action Plan. “Many units include a statement directly regarding their commitment to equality in their internship descriptions. “They are also committed to making the application process simple and transparent, offering access services for interviews and allowing multiple formats rather than one required essay.”

Smithsonian InstitutionThe federal guardian of America’s past has also vowed to begin promoting a historical framework that highlights American racism past and present.

The federal group pledged to “address the historical roots and contemporary impacts of race and racism in the United States and globally through interdisciplinary scholarship, creative partnerships, dialogue, education, and engagement.”

There is the Central Square reported We will also touch upon other examples where DEI policies and grants have become the norm in recent years; but most such spending had begun before the Biden-Harris administration came to power.

These include:

$2.6 million As taxpayer dollars to educate students to promote critical race theory.millions Educating school teachers on DEI ideology regarding race and gender. 9 billion dollars federal COVID funding was spent on educating staff on “privilege” and recognizing “equality warriors,” among other related issues.$1.2 million To find evidence that racism is to blame for minorities trying to sleep at night for research.
